     1.  Export Import Specialist

    Responsibilities :

• To run effectively export and import function, arrangements, procedures, and maintains current information on export-import tariffs, licenses, and restrictions both air and ocean freight
• Export-Import documentations (Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, BL, PEB, & EDI)
• Handle any discrepancy found in inventory, shortage/damages or mishandling upon receipt during cargo inspection and break bulk
• Maintain a good relationship with forwarders, airlines and shipping lines

    Requirements:

• D-3/S-1 in any field.
• Preferably 1-2 years experience in custom clearance and export import.
• Familiar with custom clearance process export and import for air and ocean shipment, and international trade regulation such as between Japan-Indonesia, China-Indonesia etc
• Have experiences and good knowledge on PPJK EDI System is an advantage

• Have strong capability to manage all administration items related to his/her job

• Good command in English both written and spoken

• Excellent communication skills

• Honest, good initiative and willing to learn attitude

     2.  Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:

·         Responsible to reach the sales target given by company

·         Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc

·         Able to convey customer requirements to Product Management Teams

Requirements:

·         Preferably S-1 in any field

·         Preferably 1-2 years experience in sales preferably in heavy equipment field

·         Good speaking and writing English

·         Having good communication and presentation skill, with strong analytical and interpersonal skill

·         Enthusiastic and proactive, with strong creativity and result Oriented

   ·         Excellent Computer Literacy 

           3.   Technical Engineer (TE) (Excavators & Cranes)

Responsibilities:

·         To supervise equipment installation

·         Support the technical data for marketing as required

·         To provide after sales service

Requirements:

·         S1 in engineering, preferably in mechanical engineering (conversion energy) from reputable university

·         Preferably 1-2 years experience especially energy conversions and hydraulic

·         Preferably with strong background in excavators and cranes

·         Familiar with Ms. Office, Auto Cad 2D (Preferably 3D)

·         Honest, good initiative and willing to learn attitude

·         Excellent communication skills and teamwork player

       4. Canvaser / Salesman.
            Kriteria

·         Pendidikan minimal SMU dan Sederajat

·         Memiliki Kendaraan bermotor Sendiri

·         Memiliki Surat Izin Mengemudi (SIM C)

·         Berpenampilan Menarik, Jujur, dan Mau bekerja Keras serta berani menerima tantangan

·         Usia antara 18 – 40 tahun

·         Pengalaman tidak menjadi pendukung utama

       5. Accounting Officer

           Requirements :

·         Female/Male max 30 years old

·         Min D3 Accounting

·         Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

·         Have a tax knowledge (Brevet A/B) and regulation

·         Computer literate and familiar with accounting and Tax report program

·         Able to prepare and analyze financial report, include balance sheet, profit loss, cash flow, bank reconciliation

·         Able to prepare monthly and yearly tax report

·         Able to work as a team, hardworking, can work under pressure, detail oriented, honest and responsible
